Penetration testing campaign coordinator | Czech Republic

We are looking for a Penetration Testing Campaign Coordinator to coordinate stakeholders, define testing scope and oversee the delivery of penetration testing engagements.

You should be able to:

- Coordinate clients, penetration testing providers, system development contractors and service operators, aligning schedules, objectives and expectations.
- Review technical documentation, gather and validate technical requirements, and assess the relevance of proposed testing scopes.
- Identify business risks and translate them into relevant testing objectives.
- Assess whether proposed attack scenarios are realistic, safe for production environments and aligned with client requirements.
- Manage campaign schedules, facilitate stakeholder meetings and coordinate the necessary testing authorisations.
- Handle escalations and review the quality of penetration testing deliverables.

You will coordinate penetration testing campaigns throughout the preparation, testing and delivery phases, ensuring alignment between stakeholders and oversight of operational risks.

Stakeholder management and coordination

- Align schedules, objectives and expectations between the client, penetration testing provider, system development contractors and service operators.
- Gather and validate technical requirements, assess the proposed testing scope and obtain the necessary authorisations for testing activities.
- Monitor the overall campaign schedule and organise kick-off meetings, progress reviews and end-of-engagement debriefs.

Technical scoping and assessment

- Review technical documentation and work with contractors and operators to define the testing scope, including the business risks to be assessed.
- Review proposed attack scenarios to ensure they are realistic, safe for production environments and aligned with the client’s objectives and requirements.

Delivery oversight and operational risk management

- Act as the escalation point throughout the preparation and testing phases.
- Review and validate the quality of deliverables produced by the penetration testing provider before they are shared with third parties.
