About this role
Role & Responsibilities for Senior Analyst role:
- Understand all aspects of assigned US Defined Benefit in manual calculations in order to effectively provide customer service.
- Excellent communication written/verbal skills.
- Ensure compliance to all federal and state laws, and client specific requirements.
- Assist with routine and periodic benefit plan audits.
- Resolve queries using Root Cause Analysis / Quick Solver techniques.
Preferred candidate profile:
- Candidate should be comfortable with night shifts (5:30Pm- 3:00AM)
- Candidate should have good communication skills.
- For Senior Analyst role, candidate should have minimum 3.5 years of US Defined benefits experience and overall more then 4 years of experience is required.
