Education:
- Minimum 3-year degree/diploma in Commerce or a relevant discipline
- Fluent in English
Global Experience Standards:
- Minimum of 6 years’ experience
- Formal mentorship or coaching certification is essential
- Solid working experience in Business analytics and Design thinking approaches are essential
- Experience in programme management is essential
- Previous experience in Transformational change projects is essential
- A solid understanding of how people go through a change and the change process
- Experience and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies and tools
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent active listening skills
- Ability to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences
- Track record of established and strong relationships
- Ability to influence others and move toward a common vision or goal
- Able to work effectively at all levels in an organization
- Must be a team player and able to work collaboratively with and through others
- Understanding of organizational issues and challenges are essential
- Working knowledge of project management approaches, tools and phases of the project lifecycle is essential
- Experience in a telecommunications environment is advantageous but not essential
