Supply Chain & Operations Lead (E-Commerce & FMCG)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Lead end-to-end Supply Chain and Operations , overseeing demand and supply planning, inventory management, warehousing, order fulfillment, and logistics performance.

- Develop and execute supply chain strategies to ensure optimal inventory availability, operational efficiency, and cost effectiveness.

- Oversee demand forecasting, supply planning, inventory optimization, and replenishment strategies to support commercial requirements.

- Drive warehouse and fulfillment performance through effective management of third-party logistics (3PL) providers and external service partners.

- Manage supplier and logistics partnerships, including contract negotiations, service performance, and cost optimization.

- Collaborate with Commercial, Finance, and other cross-functional stakeholders to align demand forecasts, inventory investments, and operational priorities.

- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) covering forecast accuracy, inventory health, fulfillment efficiency, service levels, and operational costs.

- Lead budgeting, cost-to-serve analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance supply chain and operational performance.

- Oversee supply chain risk management, process improvements, and systems optimization to support business continuity and scalability.

- Lead and develop supply chain and operations teams, driving accountability, cross-functional collaboration, and operational excellence.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Logistics , or a related field.

- At least 8–10 years of progressive experience in supply chain management and operations, including 3–5 years in a leadership capacity .

- Strong hands-on experience in demand and supply planning, inventory management, and warehouse or fulfillment operations .

- Proven ability to manage end-to-end supply chain functions, balancing inventory availability, operational capacity, service levels, and costs.

- Experience managing third-party logistics (3PL) providers , including vendor performance, contract negotiations, and service delivery.

- Strong background in demand forecasting, inventory optimization, supply chain budgeting, and cost management.

- Experience leading managers or cross-functional teams and driving operational improvements.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, analytical, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate with senior leadership and commercial teams.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Experience in e-commerce, FMCG, consumer goods, or omnichannel retail operations .

- Familiarity with major e-commerce marketplaces, including Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop .

- Experience managing high-volume order fulfillment, inventory planning, and logistics operations across multiple sales channels.

- Exposure to supply chain systems implementation, Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), Order Management Systems (OMS), or planning automation.

- Experience supporting new product launches, market expansion, or additional distribution channels.

- MBA, postgraduate studies, or relevant professional certifications in Supply Chain Management or Operations.
