We’re looking for a reliable and hardworking individual to help maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, organization, and sanitation in our back-of-house operations at Stag Lodge. Your attention to detail and teamwork will ensure a safe, efficient, and welcoming environment for both staff and guests. A well-run kitchen depends on every person in it. Support elevated lunch and après-ski dining at our private lodge by keeping dishes, equipment, and workspace clean and organized. We value teammates who take pride in their work. Your Role Includes:

·          Arrive on time and perform assigned duties in full compliance with company and back-of-house policies.

·           Receive, clean, and restock flatware, glassware, and other kitchen equipment efficiently and conscientiously.

·          Load, operate, and monitor dishwashing and pot/pan machines; report any performance issues or malfunctions to your supervisor immediately.

·          Maintain a clean and sanitary back-of-house area — including walls, floors, shelving, and trash areas — and ensure handwash stations are stocked with soap, paper towels, and gloves.

·          Perform scheduled deep-cleaning tasks such as hoods, walk-ins, ovens, grills, drains, and other kitchen equipment.

·          Handle cleaning chemicals and mechanical equipment safely and responsibly.

·          Communicate regularly with your supervisor or crew leader to prioritize daily duties and ensure smooth kitchen operations.

·          Keep the dock area clean and organized; operate the cardboard bailer and trash compactor as needed.

·          Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and teamwork at all times.

Location: Cafe 52 in Stag Lodge, Park City, UT

Start Date: ASAP

Pay Rate: $22-24 / hour

Employment Type: Full Time, Seasonal (Mid-November – Early April)

Schedule: Thursday - Monday, 10:00am - 7:00pm | Must also be willing to work holidays and weekends

Job Requirements:

·          Dishwashing or kitchen experience is welcome; no previous experience required.

·          Experience maintaining a clean, organized workspace is helpful.

·          Ability to follow sanitation procedures and work steadily during busy periods.

·          Reliability, teamwork, and a willingness to learn.

·          Must be able to lift and carry 25–50 lbs regularly.

·          Ability to stand for long periods of time.

·          Comfortable working in hot and humid conditions.

·          Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work effectively with minimal supervision.
