Bring your passion to the plate with Café 52 at Stag Lodge! We’re looking for enthusiastic, team-oriented cooks to join our dinner service team in our private HOA restaurant. Great service starts with thoughtful prep. Join our private lodge kitchen and help build an elevated lunch and après-ski menu under an experienced Executive Chef. From precise knife cuts to a properly organized walk-in, your work sets the team up for success.

Your Role Includes:

·          Prepare ingredients, sauces, and components to the chef’s standards.

·          Follow prep lists and recipes with care and consistency.

·          Keep ingredients labeled, rotated, and organized; maintain a clean workspace.

Location: Cafe 52 in Stag Lodge, Park City, UT

Start Date: ASAP

Pay Rate: $22-24 / hour

Employment Type: Full Time, Seasonal (Mid-November – Early April)

Schedule: Thursday - Monday, 10:00am - 7:00pm | Must also be willing to work holidays and weekends

Job Requirements:

·          Previous prep cook or professional kitchen experience preferred.

·          Basic knife skills and familiarity with recipes, measurements, and ingredient preparation.

·          An understanding of food safety, storage, and sanitation.

·          A willingness to take direction, ask questions, and develop your cooking skills.
