Café 52 at Stag Lodge is seeking a friendly, professional, and service-driven individual to join our team for the winter season. In this role, you will help create warm and memorable dining experiences for our guests—whether you’re greeting them at the door or providing exceptional table service.

Your Role Includes:

·          Provide attentive and knowledgeable table service, including taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

·           Monitor guest satisfaction and anticipate needs throughout their dining experience.

·           Maintain clean and organized service stations and dining areas.

·          Process payments and handle transactions accurately.

·          Work collaboratively with the Café 52 team to ensure smooth operations.

·          Support fellow servers, hosts, and back-of-house staff as needed.

·          Uphold all health, safety, and sanitation procedures.

·          Deliver warm, professional service at every interaction.

·          Handle guest questions or concerns with professionalism and care.

·          Contribute to the welcoming, elevated atmosphere that defines Stag Lodge.

Location: Cafe 52 in Stag Lodge, Park City, UT

Start Date: ASAP

Pay Rate: $14/hr + Service Fee Pooling!

Employment Type: Full Time, Seasonal (Late November  –  Early April) – part-time possible

Schedule: Thursday - Monday, 10:00am - 7:00pm | Must also be willing to work holidays and weekends

Job Requirements:

To succeed in this role, candidates should have:

·          Prior serving or hosting experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting.

·          Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a guest-first mindset.

·          Ability to remain calm, friendly, and professional in a fast-paced environment.

·          Excellent multitasking and organizational abilities.

·          Ability to stand, walk, lift, and carry trays or supplies throughout the shift.

·          Basic proficiency with POS systems (training provided).

·          Ability to work weekends, holidays, and peak periods as required.

·          A positive attitude, reliability, and a commitment to teamwork.
