About this role

Description

Are you energized by turning creative ambition into a system that reliably produces it? The Reputation Marketing & Insights Creative team is looking for a Sr Creative Program Manager to own the process and production layer of our operating model, systems, and output for how advertising creative actually gets made. You will report to the L7 Head of Creative, with a dotted line to the org-wide Operations lead. You will you translate org-level operational goals into a working creative production model, run it, and feed capacity, cost, and throughput signals back up to inform the broader strategy. A core part of the role is raising operational consistency across the wider organization.

In practice, you set the standards that the Creative team executes against. You make critical calls on how work flows, where capacity goes, and what "good" looks like operationally — decisions that shape long-term creative output and business outcomes.

This role sits at the intersection of marketing strategy and creative production. You thrive on ambiguous problems, lead cross-functional teams without owning the reporting line, and actively explore how generative AI can augment creative production — compressing timelines, expanding output, and lowering cost per asset without lowering the bar.

Key job responsibilities
Execute the org's operations strategy within the creative-production domain — translating operating goals (efficiency, cost, scale, quality) into a concrete production model and deliver against them.
Design, own, and continuously improve the end-to-end creative production operating model — intake, prioritization, resourcing, workflow, review/approval, and delivery.
Set the standards, process, and quality bar for our project management and production outputs
Provide the production-side inputs to org-level operations planning — capacity forecasts, cost-per-asset and throughput data, and resourcing tradeoffs — and translate those inputs into budget and resourcing decisions.
Own capacity and resource planning across the team and external partners — forecast demand, allocate against competing priorities, and make the tradeoff calls when demand exceeds capacity.
Select, implement, and own the systems and tooling that run creative production (project/asset management, workflow automation, reporting), and drive adoption across the team.
Establish the metrics that define production health — throughput, cycle time, on-time delivery, rework, cost per asset — and use them to drive measurable improvement.

Basic Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree
- 7+ years in creative production, creative operations, or program management within a marketing/creative environment.
- Experience owning production workflow and resourcing across multiple concurrent programs or campaigns.
- Experience leading or providing structured direction to lateral partners.
- Experience managing external agencies or production vendors, including budgets and SOWs.
- Proficiency with creative/project management tooling (e.g., Asana, Workfront, Airtable, or equivalent).

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience using data and metrics to improve processes and customer satisfaction
- Experience designing a creative operating model from the ground up or materially re-architecting an existing one.
- Experience scaling creative production across channels (video, digital, social, experiential) and high asset volume.
- Experience influencing senior stakeholders without direct authority.
