Marketing & In-House Graphic and Digital Designer

Position Purpose

The Marketing & In-House Graphic and Digital Designer creates in-store, digital, and email marketing for Eco Chic Consignments, LLC and its three luxury resale brands: My Sister's Closet (women's fashion), My Sister's Attic (home furnishings), and Well Suited (men's fashion). This temporary role designs from premade Canva templates, writes copy in each brand's voice, supports the Shopify website and LinkedIn page, and helps plan and work in-store events.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Design

- Design using our premade Canva templates, and create new designs as needed that follow each brand's colors and aesthetic.

- Flyers, sale posters, and other in-store signage, including relocation and grand-opening materials.

- In-store TV screens, swapping imagery and text for sales and events.

- Website banner graphics for sales and seasonal changes.

Email and Copy

- Write and design weekly customer emails, scheduled and sent through Constant Contact.

- Write short-form copy in each brand's voice for emails, banners, signage, and social posts.

Website and LinkedIn

- Merchandise products on our Shopify website, arranging them to look clean and appealing.

- Post on our LinkedIn page, including company updates, hiring posts, and event highlights.

Events and Customer Content

- Create VIP event invitations and manage RSVPs, working with our internal marketing team.

- Help with all in-store events, including grand openings, from preparation through working the event on the day.

- Assist the Photography Manager with projects, content, and imagery for marketing materials, emails, flyers, and in-store signage.

This is not an all-inclusive list of duties; additional duties will or may be assigned based on business needs.

What We're Looking For

- Experience with Canva and email marketing platforms (Constant Contact a plus).

- A sharp eye for design and the ability to work within an established brand look.

- Strong, clean writing, with the range to shift tone across three brands.

- Comfort working quickly across many small deliverables at once.

- Familiarity with Shopify is a plus.

- Availability for occasional evening and weekend events.

Physical Demands and Work Environment

- Work is mainly in an office setting at the corporate office, with regular visits to store showrooms.

- Prolonged sitting and computer use, including close visual work on screens.

- Occasional standing, walking, bending, and reaching while setting up signage and working store events, including some evenings and weekends.

- Able to lift and carry up to 25 lbs (signage, display materials, print orders).

- Reliable transportation for travel between the corporate office and Arizona store locations.

Education and Experience

- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Marketing, or related field, or equivalent work experience.

- 2+ years of graphic and digital design experience, preferably in-house for a retail, fashion, or lifestyle brand.

- A portfolio showing print and digital work is required.
