岗位描述：
1. 负责AI服务器、GPU集群及大模型基础设施的整体架构规划与设计，构建面向未来3-5年的产品技术路线；
2. 负责超节点（SuperPOD）、高密度GPU集群、液冷数据中心等先进算力架构设计，推动计算、网络、存储、电源及散热系统协同优化；
3. 研究并导入NVIDIA、AMD、Intel, 国产AI加速器等最新技术，建立面向训练和推理场景的最优系统架构方案；
4. 负责大规模集群性能建模与容量规划，优化GPU利用率、网络效率及单位算力成本（TCO）；
5. 支持重点客户及重大项目，输出行业领先的AI基础设施解决方案和技术架构；
6. 推动下一代AI服务器、机柜级系统及整机柜交付方案的技术创新与产品落地；
7. 与产品、研发、供应链及生态伙伴协同，推动AI产品竞争力持续提升。
岗位要求：
1. 本科及以上学历，计算机、通信、电子或人工智能相关专业；
2. 5年以上AI基础设施或数据中心相关经验，具备大型GPU集群/超节点架构设计经验；
3. 熟悉InfiniBand/RoCE网络、NVLink/NVSwitch互联技术及大模型训练集群架构；
4. 具备千卡级以上AI集群规划、部署或优化经验优先；
5. 能独立完成客户技术方案设计、PoC验证及项目交付支持；
6. 熟悉主流AI计算生态及产品体系，包括NVIDIA、AMD以及国产GPU厂商的GPU及加速计算平台，对生成式AI、大模型训练和推理场景有深入理解；
7. 能够与研发/产品/销售以及客户高效沟通协作，具备良好的英语技术文档阅读能力。
优先条件：
1. 有NVIDIA DGX SuperPOD、GB200 NVL72、HGX平台、AMD Instinct集群或同类AI集群项目经验；
2. 有云厂商（阿里云、腾讯云、华为云、火山引擎）、服务器厂商（联想、浪潮、超聚变、新华三、戴尔、HPE）或GPU厂商工作背景；
3. 具备液冷数据中心、AI Fabric网络或AI数据中心规划经验；
4. 参与过百卡、千卡、万卡级GPU集群建设项目。
