What you will do
- Scientific responsibility : You will lead the development of modern CMOS circuit design methods on a project basis.
- Project management : You will acquire and manage exciting research projects or sub-projects in close cooperation with other groups and departments at Fraunhofer IAF.
- Team leadership : You will design, plan, and manage the workflows in your team and be the point of contact for all questions relating to project acquisition and processing.
- Communication professional : You inform your team about important departmental matters and are in regular contact with the institute's departmental management and national and international project partners.
- Mentor : You promote the professional qualification of your employees and participate in the selection and development of new talent.
