About this role
Reporting to the Senior Director of East Coast Operations, the Delaware Retail Operations Manager will manage the day-to-day activities and business levels of racinos and retailers in Delaware. Acting as the link between Caesars, SG, the Delaware Lottery, and other partners in Delaware. Providing outstanding service which generates opportunities for maximizing handle and win, profitability and promotion of the retail operations.
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Able to obtain a gaming license from the Gaming Control Board and other jurisdictions if deemed necessary
- Understanding and responsibility to adhere to all compliance requirements set for by the company and Gaming Control Board
- Obtain an Employer Identification Number (EIN)
- 2+ years of supervisory/management experience in a retail environment
- Casino/Gaming experience
- Multi-property management in a retail environment a huge plus
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to multi-task.
- Able to handle large volumes of cash.
- Prior work experience in a sportsbook is highly preferred.
- Ability to motivate, lead, and mentor staff members.

- Must be able to stand for extended periods of time.
- Must be able to lift, pull or push 25 lbs.
- Must be able to write for extended periods of time.
- Must be able to twist, bend, or reach with no significant boundaries.
- This position may be exposed to a smoke-filled environment.
