- Resolve complex procurement and invoicing problems by proactively seeking information, leveraging available tools, and engaging with stakeholders to find answers.
- Onboard new suppliers into procurement systems, ensuring accurate setup, compliance with internal processes, and proper documentation.
- Maintain thorough and organized procurement documentation, including purchase orders, invoices, supplier records, and supporting materials.
- Collaborate with supply chain, finance, and operations teams to streamline procurement workflows and improve process efficiency.

- Familiarity with ERP, MRP, or MES systems; experience with SAP is highly preferred but not required.
- Ability to perform deep-dive investigations into invoice and procurement discrepancies, identifying root causes and corrective actions.
- Strong documentation skills, with the ability to maintain accurate, clear, and organized records.
- Demonstrated curiosity and willingness to learn, including comfort using modern tools and technologies such as AI to research and solve problems.
