🎯 Candidate Profile

- Educational or professional background in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related fields .
- Good understanding of Financial Statements and Financial Reporting .
- Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and other MS Office applications .
- Good command of English.
- Knowledge of Italian is considered an advantage, but not required.
- Proactive, results-oriented, and eager to learn.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and multicultural environment.
- Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality work within deadlines.

As a Transaction Advisory Associate, you will:

- Support Financial Due Diligence projects for international clients.
- Analyze financial statements and business performance data.
- Assist in the preparation of financial analyses and transaction-related deliverables.
- Review historical and current financial performance of companies under evaluation.
- Prepare working files and documentation supporting due diligence engagements.
- Develop expertise in Deloitte's Transaction Services methodologies, tools, and best practices.
- Collaborate with experienced professionals across international teams.
- Build your technical knowledge in transactions, financial analysis, and deal advisory.
- Deliver high-quality outputs while meeting project timelines.
