About this role
The Strategy Business Analys t, based in SCOR’s Bucharest office, supports the Paris-based P&C Strategy team in producing, consolidating, and analyzing the data required for various strategic workstreams.
The role spans all pillars of the team’s mandate—Strategic Planning, Business Development, Strategic External Reporting & Messaging, Client Management and VoC (Voice of Clients), as well as support to the P&C CEO Office— ensuring high-quality data, a clear understanding of SCOR P&C’s key performance indicators (KPIs), and consistent, accurate messaging.
- Experience:
- You have at least 3 years of experience in finance, strategy , or related functions within financial institutions, consulting firms, and/or insurance or reinsurance companies.

- Ability to contribute to varied workstreams requiring analytical skills, strong rigor and adaptabilit y.
- Ability to collaborate with a wide network of internal teams in various countrie s and understand their needs and facilitate smooth information flows.
