About this role
As a Lead Project Manager, you will lead the planning, coordination, and execution of the most complex Nonfood Compound projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within scope. You will serve as the central point of accountability for project performance, collaborating with internal teams and stakeholders to drive successful outcomes and revenue delivery. This role requires a proactive, detail-oriented professional with strong organizational and communication skills, and a passion for operational excellence.

- 7+ years of experience in a client-facing role such as Project Manager, Account Manager, Customer Success Manager, or a related position
- Proven ability to build strong client relationships, understand business needs, and develop solutions that drive customer success
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
- Results-driven mindset with a demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding objectives in a fast-paced environment
- Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and complex initiatives simultaneously
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; equivalent professional experience will also be considered
