Shipping Auditor
PrideStaff is hiring a Shipping Auditor for a leading equipment manufacturer in a temp-to-hire, full-time role.

Schedule: 1st Shift | 5:00 AM – 2:30 PM (plus frequent Saturday OT)
Location: 100% On-site
Type: Full-Time, Temp-to-Hire
Key Responsibilities
Audit outbound shipments against sales orders and packing lists to maintain a 99.9% accuracy rate.
Inspect finished goods and packaging for cosmetic/functional defects before shipping.
Reconcile barcodes/serial numbers in WMS/ERP systems and log audit results and defects.
Identify error trends, coach warehouse staff on best practices, and collaborate with Quality and Logistics.
Requirements
Experience: 2+ years in shipping, warehouse, inventory control, or quality inspection.
Industry Knowledge: Experience with manufactured goods, assembled products, and LTL/parcel shipping.
Technical Skills: Proficient with WMS/ERP systems, barcode scanners, and MS Excel.
Quality & Certifications: Exposure to ISO 9001 standards and forklift certification (or willingness to obtain).
Physical & Schedule: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand full shifts, and work overtime/Saturdays.
