About this role

Duties and Responsibilities

- Work with clients to understand their business requirements and design and implement solutions that meet those requirements
- Provide L2/L3 support for procurement operations, including issue analysis, root cause identification, and resolution.
- Participate in rollout activities, testing cycles (unit, integration, regression), and production deployments.
- Work closely with procurement teams, business users, technical teams, and cross-functional units.
- Maintain clear documentation and ensure smooth communication across teams.

Qualification & Experience.

B-Tech/MCA/MBA

Experience :

- Experience 8+ years of experience as business analyst / PMO / finance analyst
- Overall knowledge of business process
- Excellent knowledge on excels and PowerPoints
- Working experience on agile methodology
- Good knowledge on financial process.

Other skills :

- Fluent communication in English.
- Experience in working with international teams
- Ability to work structured and self-dependent if necessary
- Ability to work in a team if necessary
- Willingness to share Knowledge.
- AI exposure is an add on advantage.
