As Senior Project Manager - Physician Organization, you’ll lead complex, multidisciplinary, or enterprise-wide projects and provide expertise for short- and long-term assignments within and beyond your designated areas of responsibility. You’ll develop and guide project teams, monitor progress, analyze and improve work processes, use data to solve problems, and support strategic initiatives.
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 5 years of relevant work experience, including 2 years managing medium to large-sized projects required
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, healthcare administration, nursing, or a related healthcare, business, or science field preferred
- A master’s degree in business administration, healthcare administration, nursing, or a related healthcare, business, or science field may substitute for 2 years of relevant work experience
- MBA or MHA highly preferred
- Healthcare background highly preferred
