Temp Customer Service Representative

PrideStaff is currently seeking an reliable and attentive Customer Service Representative  to assist with administrative and office suport, for a manufacturing client located in the Frankfort/Tinley Park area.

*** This will be a TEMPORARY role lasting ~3-4 months, wih the potential of turning into a Temp-to-hire position ****

Schedule: 8am-4pm M-F

Pay Rate: $25 per hour

Primary Responsibilities:
Proactive daily communication with Customers and Operation Teams to ensure on-time delivery of products and customer solutions Process daily Customers’ purchase orders and releases Develop and maintain good working relationships with both internal and external customers Collaborate with various internal departments as needed Utilization of various reports to manage customer requirements Maintain accurate customer data and contact details Maintain current knowledge and understanding of customer specific requirements and systems Aptitude for learning and understanding internal ERP system to complete required tasks Reconciliation of discrepancies with manufacturing cells Coordinates expedite shipments per customer requests Other tasks and duties as assigned
 
Position Skills and Experience Requirements:
2 year Administrative/Manufacturing degree or equivalent education and/or experience Minimum 1-3 years in customer service/sales, related to a manufacturing environment or related field Requires a detail-oriented person with proven organizational and communication skills, both verbal and written Experience, plus working knowledge, of customer relations, general computer operations, and coordinating multiple tasks Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, Office, and TEAMS competent Strong work ethic, reliable, able to work independently and in a team environment and self-motivated Flexibility and willingness to change daily responsibilities as requested
