PrideStaff is currently hiring mechanically inclined Assembly Technicians on behalf of a highly innovative manufacturer specializing in advanced recreational equipment. We are looking for hands-on individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment, love building things from the ground up, and have a strong foundation in mechanical and electronic assembly.
In this role, you will be a vital part of the production team, bringing cutting-edge equipment to life.
Responsibilities include:
Utilizing a variety of hand tools and power tools to safely assemble mechanical frames and hardware.
Carefully connecting intricate electronics, wiring harnesses, and control systems.
Following standard operating procedures, diagrams, and detailed build instructions from start to finish.
Troubleshooting mechanical or electrical issues during the assembly process to ensure peak performance.
Performing quality control checks to verify that every completed unit meets strict safety and functionality standards.
Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe workspace on the production floor.
What we are looking for:
Strong mechanical aptitude and a genuine comfort level with building and assembling complex equipment.
Previous experience working with hand tools and handling delicate electronic connections.
Natural problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot production issues on the fly.
Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality craftsmanship.
A reliable, team-oriented attitude with a strong work ethic and excellent attendance.
Ability to meet the physical demands of the role, including standing for extended periods and lifting up to 50 lbs as needed.
Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $18.00
