Shift/Hours: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Pay Rate: Up to $20/hour DOE
Location: Acworth, GA 30102
Experience: Heavy dispatch and scheduling experience required.

Dispatcher / Customer Service Responsibilities:
Assist with scheduling and dispatching field staff, including service technicians and installation crews. Monitor daily routes and handle routine schedule adjustments and incoming calls. Access property management vendor portals to retrieve and process HVAC work orders. Update repair statuses and log work details within the internal CRM. Utilize AI tools for various tasks. Contact customers to confirm upcoming scheduled maintenance appointments. Serve as a reliable communication bridge between field crews, management, and customers.

Dispatcher / Customer Service Skills:
Experience with dispatch/CRM software. Solid scheduling and routing background. Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus. Excellent multitasking, organization, and problem-solving skills. Must be a "go-getter" who takes ownership and does not need hand-holding.

Dispatcher / Customer Service Requirements:
Must have a great attitude and ambition. Tech literate, including comfort using AI (specifically ChatGPT). Ability to learn and navigate internal CRM software and external vendor platforms. Able to provide 2 professional references. Willingness to submit to a pre-employment background check & drug screen.
