About Our Family
We’re a busy family looking for someone dependable, organized, and detail-oriented to help keep things running smoothly at home.
A big part of the role is picking up our teenage daughter from school and driving her to activities, managing the family’s laundry, and helping keep our home tidy and organized. We’re looking for someone who enjoys this kind of work, notices the little things, and takes pride in doing a job well.
We have a regular cleaning service, so this isn’t a traditional housekeeping position. It’s more about staying on top of the everyday details that make a home feel organized and comfortable.
We’d love to find someone who is thoughtful, reliable, and comfortable working independently, while keeping communication easy and open. We’re hoping to build a positive, long-term working relationship based on trust and mutual respect.
Who You Are / What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for someone who is naturally conscientious and organized, enjoys keeping things in order, and takes pride in their work.
Ideally, you’re someone who:
- Is a safe, responsible, and reliable driver who is comfortable transporting a teenager to and from school and activities.
- Pays attention to the details and enjoys doing things carefully and thoroughly.
- Takes good care of the home and its belongings , treating clothing, furnishings, and household items thoughtfully and following care instructions and household preferences.
- Is dependable and follows through , making sure things get done without needing frequent reminders.
- Is comfortable working independently , but happy to ask questions or check in when needed.
- Is friendly, professional, and discreet , with respect for the family’s privacy.
- Is adaptable and comfortable with occasional schedule changes , understanding that plans and priorities sometimes shift.
Experience in a similar household role would be great, but we’re just as interested in finding someone with the right attitude, good judgment, and a strong work ethic.
