Senior Commercial Lines Account Manager
Location: San Diego, CA (Full-time)
Schedule: Fully remote position dedicated to candidates residing in California

An independent and reputable insurance brokerage in San Diego is actively seeking a Senior Commercial Lines Account Manager. This brokerage is committed to providing exceptional service to its members, partners, and employees, and is growing its Commercial Lines team!
The Rewards and Perks:
Compensation: $90,000 - $105,000 annual salary

What Will Help You Thrive:
Commercial Lines Experience: 5+ years of Commercial Lines Account Management experience within a retail brokerage or independent insurance agency
License: Active Property & Casualty license
Software: Insurance Agency Management Systems
Insurance Knowledge: In-depth understanding of insurance coverages, products, and agency procedures (real estate, habitational or multi-location property experience, strongly preferred)
How You’ll Drive Success:
Client Support: Consult with clients on coverage options and offer the most appropriate coverage for the client on the phone
Renewals: Presenting renewal commercial accounts to clients and cross-selling new business leads
Account Management: Handling higher-level commercial accounts while providing excellent customer service, such as explaining coverage, claims, policy changes, and related matters
Client Relationships: Developing and maintaining relationships with carriers
Performing other job-related duties as assigned
