Responsibilities
- Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
- Provide medication reminders and support clients in managing their health routines.
- Help with meal preparation and feeding as needed.
- Support clients with light housekeeping, errands, and transportation.
- Document care activities and report any changes in client conditions to supervisors.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for clients.
- Build positive relationships with clients and their families to promote emotional well-being.
Requirements
- Prior experience in caregiving or related fields is a plus.
- Compassionate, patient, and dependable with strong communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including some evenings and weekends.
- Must pass background checks.
- Valid drivers license or reliable transportation preferred.
