We have done 15,000+ hair transplants. ABOUT THE ROLE You will call people who have shown interest in Berkowits, understand their need, and book their appointment at our clinic. You will also help with basic front desk work at the clinic. WHAT YOU WILL DO •     Call new leads quickly. Make at least 120 calls a day. •     Understand the client's hair or skin concern and book a clinic appointment. •     Follow up with clients who did not answer or did not visit. •     Send appointment reminders to reduce no-shows. •     Handle basic front desk work: welcome walk-in clients, answer calls, and book or reschedule appointments. •     Help with billing and keep the reception area neat when needed. •     Help the clinic achieve its targets, especially monthly appointment and walk-in targets. WHO CAN APPLY Must have •     3 to 5 years of experience in sales, telecalling or inside sales. •     Comfortable making 120+ calls a day. •     Clear speaking in Hindi and English. •     Graduate. •     Comfortable with targets and working on weekends. Good to have •     Experience in a clinic, healthcare, salon or wellness company. •     Can speak a regional language.
