Responsibilities
- Perform nursing assessments and treatments during in-home visits.
- Administer medications and monitor patient progress.

- Document patient information accurately and timely.
- Provide patient and family education regarding health management.
Requirements
- Current LPN license in the state of Michigan.
- Experience in home health nursing preferred.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within Wayne County.
