About the Role
We're looking for a friendly, motivated, and tech-curious Technician I to join our Miami team!
This is an exciting, fast-paced, entry-level opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, solving problems, and learning about IT and telecommunications.
No extensive IT experience? No problem! We're looking for someone with a great attitude, a passion for technology, and a willingness to learn.
What You'll Do
- Assist exhibitors and event customers with their internet and network connections.
- Help transform event floor plans and schematics into fully connected networks.
- Install, test, and troubleshoot copper and fiber-optic cabling.
- Provide on-site technical support during event setup, operation, and breakdown.
- Maintain equipment, tools, and inventory to ensure successful event installations.
- Deliver exceptional customer service while working in a dynamic, team-oriented environment.
