Warehouse Associate – Temporary Assignment

Full-Time Temporary Position | Expected to Continue Through April 2027

We're looking for a dependable Warehouse Associate to join an established company near the Dallas Design District.

This is a full-time temporary assignment expected to run through April 2027. It's a good opportunity for someone with warehouse experience who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in doing things right, and wants a steady weekday schedule. The work involves handling hardware and other warehouse materials, preparing shipments, and keeping daily warehouse operations organized and running smoothly.

Based on performance and need it could convert to a direct hire after the contract period.

What You'll Do

Load, unload, inspect, and organize incoming and outgoing materials.

- Move, sort, stage, and palletize hardware and warehouse products.

- Build, wrap, label, and secure pallets for storage or shipment.

- Operate pallet jacks safely to move materials throughout the warehouse.

- Prepare materials and orders for shipment or distribution.

- Help maintain accurate inventory and organized storage areas.

- Keep the warehouse clean, safe, and efficient.

- Assist with other warehouse duties as needed.

What We're Looking For

- Previous warehouse experience preferred.

- Experience operating a pallet jack required or strongly preferred.

- Reliable attendance and a consistent work history.

- Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team.

- Good attention to detail and safe material-handling practices.

- Ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation.

- Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and remain active throughout the workday.

- A current resume.
