- Manage end-to-end Accounts Payable processes including invoice verification, booking, and vendor payments
- Ensure timely vendor reconciliation and resolution of discrepancies
- Handle financial accounting entries , ledger scrutiny, and month-end closing activities
- Manage compliance related to TDS, GST, and Income Tax filings and reconciliations
- Prepare and maintain GST returns, TDS returns , and assist in tax audits
- Ensure proper documentation and statutory compliance as per Indian regulations
- Coordinate with internal teams and vendors for smooth financial operations
- Assist in audit processes (internal & external) and provide required data
- Maintain accurate records in Zoho Books / Tally and generate MIS reports
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in Finance & Accounts
- Strong knowledge of Accounts Payable, Financial Accounting, TDS, GST, and Income Tax
- Hands-on experience with Zoho Books and Tally
- Good understanding of accounting principles and compliance regulations
- Proficiency in MS Excel (basic to intermediate level)
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently in an individual contributor role
