Caring Senior Service is actively seeking compassionate and experienced Caregivers, Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs), Home Health Aides (HHAs), and Personal Care Assistants (PCAs) to provide quality, non-medical in-home care to seniors throughout McAllen and nearby Rio Grande Valley communities.

We are looking for caring, dependable individuals with at least one year of professional or personal caregiving experience who are dedicated to helping older adults maintain their independence. Flexible scheduling opportunities are available, including daytime, evening, overnight, weekend, and PRN shifts.

As an in-home caregiver, you'll provide personalized, one-on-one support that allows seniors to remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes. You'll also have the opportunity to develop meaningful connections with the clients and families you assist.

Caregiver Responsibilities

As a Caregiver, CNA, HHA, or PCA, you'll assist seniors with everyday activities while promoting their comfort, safety, dignity, and independence.

Your responsibilities may include:

- Offering companionship and emotional support
- Assisting with bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene
- Supporting walking, mobility, positioning, and transfers
- Helping with toileting and incontinence needs
- Preparing meals and assisting with eating
- Providing medication reminders
- Performing light housekeeping and laundry
- Helping with errands, transportation, and appointments
- Monitoring and reporting changes in client conditions
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and comfortable home
- Respecting client privacy, dignity, and independence
- Communicating with clients, families, and office staff

Qualifications & Requirements

We are seeking responsible, compassionate, and reliable caregivers who are committed to providing quality care and making a positive impact on seniors' lives.

Requirements:

- Minimum of 1 year of professional or personal caregiving experience
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
- Caring, dependable, and professional attitude
- CNA, HHA, or PCA certification preferred but not required
- Experience with personal care and activities of daily living (ADLs) preferred
- Ability to successfully pass a background check
- Bilingual English/Spanish skills are a plus

Previous experience in home care, senior care, assisted living, memory care, dementia care, hospice, nursing homes, rehabilitation centers, or private-duty caregiving is highly valued.
