Caring Senior Service is actively seeking dedicated and experienced Caregivers, Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs), Home Health Aides (HHAs), and Personal Care Assistants (PCAs) to provide compassionate, non-medical in-home care to seniors in Amarillo and surrounding areas.

We are looking for reliable, caring individuals with at least one year of caregiving experience who are passionate about helping older adults maintain their independence. Flexible scheduling opportunities are available, including daytime, evening, overnight, weekend, and PRN shifts.

As an in-home caregiver, you'll provide personalized, one-on-one assistance that allows seniors to remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes. This role also gives you the chance to build lasting connections with the clients and families you serve.

Caregiver Responsibilities

As a Caregiver, CNA, HHA, or PCA, you'll help seniors with daily activities while promoting their comfort, safety, and independence.

Your responsibilities may include:

- Offering companionship and emotional support
- Assisting with bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene
- Supporting walking, mobility, positioning, and transfers
- Helping with toileting and incontinence needs
- Preparing meals and providing eating assistance
- Giving medication reminders
- Performing light housekeeping and laundry
- Assisting with errands, transportation, and appointments
- Monitoring and reporting changes in client conditions
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and comfortable home
- Protecting client privacy, dignity, and independence
- Communicating with clients, families, and office staff
- Documenting care provided and reporting concerns promptly

Qualifications & Requirements

We are seeking compassionate, responsible, and professional caregivers who are committed to providing dependable, high-quality care.

Requirements:

- Minimum of 1 year of caregiving experience
- Reliable transportation required
- CNA, HHA, or PCA certification preferred but not required
- Experience assisting with personal care and daily living activities preferred
- Patient, compassionate, dependable, and professional attitude
- Valid driver's license and current auto insurance may be required
- Ability to successfully pass a background check

Previous experience in home care, senior care, assisted living, memory care, dementia care, hospice, nursing homes, rehabilitation centers, or private-duty caregiving is highly valued.
