Caring Senior Service is actively seeking compassionate and experienced Caregivers, Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs), Home Health Aides (HHAs), and Personal Care Assistants (PCAs) to provide quality, non-medical in-home care to seniors throughout Austin and nearby communities.

We are looking for reliable, caring individuals with at least one year of professional or personal caregiving experience who are passionate about helping older adults maintain their independence. Flexible scheduling opportunities are available, including daytime, evening, overnight, weekend, and PRN shifts.

As an in-home caregiver, you'll provide personalized, one-on-one assistance that allows seniors to remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes. You'll also have the opportunity to develop meaningful connections with the clients and families you serve.

Caregiver Responsibilities

As a Caregiver, CNA, HHA, or PCA, you'll assist seniors with daily activities while promoting their comfort, safety, dignity, and independence.

Your responsibilities may include:

- Offering companionship and emotional support
- Assisting with bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene
- Supporting walking, mobility, positioning, and transfers
- Helping with toileting and incontinence needs
- Preparing meals and assisting with eating
- Providing medication reminders
- Performing light housekeeping and laundry
- Helping with errands, transportation, and appointments
- Monitoring and reporting changes in client conditions
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and comfortable home
- Respecting client privacy, dignity, and independence
- Communicating with clients, families, and office staff
- Documenting care provided and reporting concerns promptly

What We're Looking For

We are seeking responsible, compassionate, and dependable caregivers who are committed to providing quality care and making a positive difference in seniors' lives.

Requirements:

- Minimum of 1 year of professional or personal caregiving experience
- Reliable transportation required
- Valid driver's license
- CNA, HHA, or PCA certification preferred but not required
- Experience with personal care and activities of daily living (ADLs) preferred
- Caring, dependable, and professional attitude
- Ability to successfully pass a background check
- Bilingual applicants are encouraged to apply

Previous experience in home care, senior care, assisted living, memory care, dementia care, hospice, nursing homes, rehabilitation centers, or private-duty caregiving is highly valued.
