Caring Senior Service is actively seeking compassionate and experienced Caregivers, Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs), Home Health Aides (HHAs), and Personal Care Assistants (PCAs) to provide personalized, non-medical in-home care to seniors throughout San Antonio and nearby communities.

We are looking for dependable, caring individuals with at least one year of professional or personal caregiving experience who are dedicated to helping older adults maintain their independence. Flexible scheduling opportunities are available, including daytime, evening, overnight, weekend, and PRN shifts.

As an in-home caregiver, you'll provide individualized, one-on-one assistance that helps seniors remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes. You'll also have the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with the clients and families you support.

Caregiver Responsibilities

As a Caregiver, CNA, HHA, or PCA, you'll help seniors with daily activities while promoting their safety, comfort, dignity, and independence.

Your responsibilities may include:

- Providing companionship and emotional support
- Assisting with bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene
- Supporting walking, mobility, positioning, and transfers
- Helping with toileting and incontinence care
- Preparing meals and assisting with eating
- Providing medication reminders
- Performing light housekeeping and laundry
- Assisting with errands, transportation, and appointments
- Monitoring and reporting changes in client conditions
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and comfortable home
- Respecting client privacy, dignity, and independence
- Communicating with clients, families, and office staff
- Documenting care provided and reporting concerns promptly

What We're Looking For

We are seeking compassionate, patient, and reliable caregivers who are committed to providing quality care and making a meaningful difference in seniors' lives.

Requirements:

- Minimum of 1 year of professional or personal caregiving experience
- Reliable transportation required
- CNA, HHA, or PCA certification preferred but not required
- Experience with personal care and activities of daily living (ADLs) preferred
- Caring, dependable, patient, and professional attitude
- Valid driver's license and current auto insurance may be required
- Ability to successfully pass a background check
- Bilingual English/Spanish skills are a plus

Previous experience in home care, senior care, assisted living, memory care, dementia care, hospice, nursing homes, rehabilitation centers, or private-duty caregiving is highly valued.
