Caregiver

University Home Care Inc is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver to join our team in Fort Gratiot Township, MI. As a Caregiver, you will provide essential support and assistance to clients, helping them maintain their independence and quality of life in a home setting. This role requires a caring attitude, attention to detail, and the ability to build strong relationships with those you serve.

Responsibilities

- Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation.

- Provide medication reminders and ensure proper intake as directed.

- Help with mobility and transportation to appointments or errands.

- Maintain a clean and safe living environment for clients.

- Document care provided and report any changes in client condition to the supervisor.

- Offer companionship and emotional support to clients to enhance their well-being.

Requirements

- Previous care giving or related experience.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to perform physical tasks and assist with mobility.

- Reliable, responsible, and compassionate nature.

- Valid drivers license and reliable transportation preferred.
