Were looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, delivers exceptional customer experiences, and works well with both customers and technicians to ensure repairs are completed efficiently and accurately.
What Youll Do:
- Greet and assist service customers with professionalism and enthusiasm
- Write repair orders and communicate customer concerns clearly to technicians
- Provide accurate estimates for labor and parts
- Keep customers informed throughout the service process
- Review completed repairs, explain work performed, and ensure satisfaction
- Maintain high CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index) scores and build long-term relationships
