About this role
Work Flexibility: Hybrid
What you will do:
As our Peripheral Vascular Associate Division Counsel, you will serve as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to business leaders across Stryker’s newest division. Working closely with the legal team and business partners, you will help shape the legal, compliance, and operational framework supporting the continued growth and evolution of the Peripheral Vascular business. This role offers a unique opportunity to help build a relatively new division, influence business strategy, support integration and transformation initiatives, and partner with cross-functional leaders to solve complex commercial, regulatory, and operational challenges. While the position includes significant hands-on execution, successful candidates will be expected to demonstrate leadership, business acumen, emotional intelligence, and the ability to influence stakeholders across a highly matrixed organization. This role is ideal for an attorney seeking to move beyond traditional legal support into a strategic leadership role within a growing business. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to partner closely with division leadership, help shape the future of Peripheral Vascular, and develop the skills and experience necessary for increased leadership responsibility within Stryker’s Legal organization.
