Are you passionate about storytelling, branding, and event management? As our Marketing & Communications Intern, you will support our team in planning corporate events, creating engaging content, and driving internal and external communications. This internship offers hands-on exposure to corporate marketing strategies, agency coordination, and campaign execution in a global technology environment.
You’ll create impact by:
- Supporting the planning, preparation, and execution of internal and external events, including invitations, communication materials, participant coordination, and on-site support.
- Assisting in developing communications and marketing content , such as internal announcements, social media posts, presentations, event materials, and other communication assets.
- Assisting with the coordination of agencies, vendors, and other external partners for events and communications activities.
- Supporting communication with internal stakeholders and business teams to collect information, materials, and inputs for communications activities.
- Assisting with event logistics and follow-up , including preparation of materials, documentation, and post-event communication.
- Supporting other Marketing & Communications projects and administrative tasks as required.
Your Defining Qualities
- Educational Background: Current student or recent graduate in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Communication Skills: Good written and spoken English, with a clear and engaging communication style.
- Organizational Skills: Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Creative Mindset: An interest in content creation, social media, and visual storytelling.
- Team Player: Proactive, eager to learn, and comfortable collaborating with people across different teams.
