Your Challenge:

- Support our customers in German and English via email, chat, and social media.
- Independently handle inquiries from customers and potential customers, addressing their questions, requests, and concerns.
- Find personalized and customer-focused solutions to order-related issues, ensuring a positive experience for our community.
- Respond to customer reviews and collect valuable feedback to help us continuously improve our products and services.

What you’ll need:

- You share our passion for beauty products and enjoy engaging with customers.
- You have a customer-first mindset and a natural ability to find creative, practical solutions to different challenges.
- You are confident in making decisions, enjoy working independently, and are motivated to continuously improve our customer support together with the team.
- You have excellent written and spoken communication skills in both German and English.
