ABOUT MODERN AUTOMOTIVE:
Modern Automotive is looking for a motivated, customer-focused Automotive Service Advisor to join our team at Toyota of Boone!
We are a fourth-generation, family-owned automotive group established in 1933. We take pride in investing in our employees, building lasting relationships, and providing opportunities for long-term career growth.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Welcome customers and assist with their vehicle service needs.
- Listen to customer concerns and document vehicle issues.
- Recommend necessary maintenance and repairs.
- Prepare repair orders and communicate estimates.
- Keep customers updated throughout the service process.
- Work closely with technicians and service management.
- Build lasting customer relationships through honest communication and excellent service.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
- Previous automotive service advising or customer service experience preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent customer service abilities.
- Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced dealership environment.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Automotive knowledge is a plus.
