［業務内容］ Responsibilities

· OEM内およびTier1/Tier2サプライヤとの技術調整・開発推進

· 車載ECUの要件分析・仕様作成およびレビュー

· テスト計画策定、不具合解析等の品質・評価活動のリード

· OEMの技術開発を支援し、サプライヤ成果物の妥当性を判断

· Requirement analysis, specification development, and review for in-vehicle ECUs

· Technical Coordination and Development Promotion with OEMs and Tier 1/Tier 2 Suppliers

· Lead quality and evaluation activities, such as test planning and defect analysis

· Support OEMs in technical development and evaluate the validity of supplier deliverables

Work Experience

■必須要件■ Must Have

· 自動車業界での 6年以上の実務経験（日系Tier 1が望ましい）

· H/W開発あるいはS/W開発に従事した経験

· ECU開発における要件分析および仕様定義（例：ACC、AEB、AHBなど）

· 車両診断および通信ネットワークに関する基本的な知識

· DRBFM、FTA、FMEAなどの実施経験

· 品質問題の分析経験

· 技術的な議論および調整のための関連部門およびサプライヤーとのコミュニケーション

· More than 6 years' work experience in the automotive industry (Preferably Japanese Tier1s)

· Experience in H/W development or S/W development

· ECU Requirement analysis and specification definition (example: ACC, AEB, AHB etc.)

· Basic understanding of vehicle diagnostics and communication network

· Experience in performing DRBFM, FTA, FMEA etc.

· Quality issue analysis

· Communication with relevant department and supplier for technical discussion and alignment

· 自動車安全規制（ユーロNCAP、ASEAN NCAP、グローバルNCAP、日本NCAPなど）に関する理解

· 電気・電子工学、機械工学、システム工学、コンピュータサイエンス等の学士号以上

· 以下の項目に関する基礎的な理解（いずれか2つ以上）

・ ADASに必要な機能コンポーネント

・ ADASコンポーネントのシステムアーキテクチャとコンポーネント図

・ 車両通信および診断プロトコル（CAN/LIN/DTCなど）

・ 電気回路図の基本的知識／ハーネスCADの使用経験

・ テストツール（ETAS/VECTOR/Lauterbachなど）

・ ISO26262、ISO21434

· Communication experiences with Foreigners

· Detail understanding of Automotive Safety Regulation (Euro NCAP, ASEAN NCAP, Global NCAP, Japan NCAP etc.

· Bachelors, or higher degree, in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, System Engineering, Computer Science etc.

· Basic understanding of below points (Any two or more)

・ Functional components required for ADAS

・ System Architecture and Component Diagram for ADAS Components

・ Vehicle Communication & Diagnostics protocol (CAN/LIN/DTC etc.)

・ Basic knowledge of Electrical Circuit / Experience of Harness CAD

・ Testing Tools (ETAS/VECTOR/Lauterbach etc.)

・ ISO26262, ISO21434

■語学力■ Language Skill

· 英語力 ‐ 基礎的な英語コミュニケーション能力（メール、資料読解）

· 日本語力 ‐ ネイティブレベルもしくはJLPT N2 以上

· English – Basic communication skills (email correspondence and document reading)

· Japanese – Native Level or JLPT N2 or above
