About this role
The Cluster Sales Manager reports to the Senior Sales Manager/Senior Director Revenue & Sales and is responsible for prospecting and selling individual accounts on behalf of Damac Hospitality. The role ensures quotas are met and sales activities maximize revenue per available room, aligning with the Marketing Plan.
- Minimum 3 years experience as a Sales Manager with a clear understanding of the market.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding individual sales goals.
- Understanding of corporate market dynamics.
- Bachelor's degree (4‑year) in Business Administration, Sales & Marketing.
- Relevant experience working in Dubai.
- Strong communication skills.
- Highly motivated with strong organizational abilities.
