About this role
The NAM FN Remote Delivery Engineering (RDE) Lead is responsible for leading a high‑performing, customer‑focused engineering organization that delivers FN professional services. The NAM FN RDE lead is accountable for management of all resources, labs, and services delivered by own Nokia and subcontractor resources in NAM FN Remote Delivery Engineering team. NAM FN RDE role will report directly to NAM NI Remote Delivery Engineering lead in the NAM CDO Customer Engineering team.
Required
- 10+ years of engineering delivery, technical operations, or network services leadership experience.
- Expertise with FN networking technologies, network integration, network automation, and/or telecom engineering services.
- Proven experience leading large, multi-functional engineering teams.
- Strong business acumen with experience managing budgets, delivery KPIs, and operational performance.
- Demonstrated success driving automation, process improvement, or service transformation.
- Excellent communication in English, leadership presence, and customer engagement skills.
Preferred
- Experience with Nokia technologies, platforms, or service delivery frameworks.
- Background leading large-scale integration, transformation, or modernization programs.
- Strong data‑driven and analytical mindset.
