- Monday - Thursday: 11:00 PM - 7:30 AM

- Friday: 11:00 PM - 5:00 AM

Position Overview
Citadel Security USA is looking for a responsible and observant Unarmed Mobile Patrol Security Officer to provide overnight coverage at multiple assigned properties in the Kirksville area. This role involves traveling between locations, checking property conditions, identifying unusual activity, and reporting concerns that may require attention.
The position is well suited to someone who is comfortable working independently during overnight hours, stays alert while on the road, and can recognize and address routine problems using good judgment. Consistent attendance, safe driving habits, and attention to detail are essential.

Primary Responsibilities
Overnight Mobile Patrol

- Drive between assigned properties and conduct routine security checks throughout the shift.

- Observe buildings, parking areas, and surrounding grounds for suspicious activity or unauthorized individuals.

- Look for signs of property damage, disturbances, or other unusual conditions.

- Maintain awareness of activity at each location, particularly during late-night and early-morning hours.

- Complete assigned patrol visits and follow established routes and instructions.

Observation & Incident Reporting

- Identify potential security concerns and determine the appropriate next steps.

- Report unauthorized activity, damage, and other irregularities without delay.

- Contact the appropriate supervisor when an incident requires additional support or direction.

- Document patrol visits, observations, and incidents accurately.

- Provide clear updates when conditions at an assigned property require follow-up.

Driving & Shift Responsibilities

- Maintain safe driving practices while traveling between locations.

- Keep patrol assignments on track and manage time effectively.

- Remain attentive and professional throughout overnight duty hours.

- Follow established procedures and instructions while working independently.

- Maintain reliable attendance and arrive ready to begin each scheduled shift.

Required Qualifications

- Must be at least 21 years old.

- Valid Driver’s License.

- Minimum of 3 years of licensed driving experience.

- Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR).

- Ability to travel between multiple assigned properties during overnight hours.

- Dependable attendance and punctuality.

- Ability to work independently and remain alert throughout the shift.
