Schedule: Monday - Friday | 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM

Position Overview
Citadel Security USA is hiring a reliable Unarmed Mobile Patrol Security Officer to conduct routine checks at multiple assigned properties in the Kirksville area. This position involves driving between locations, observing property conditions, identifying unauthorized activity, and responding appropriately to concerns that arise during patrols.
We are looking for someone who is punctual, alert, and comfortable working independently. Strong problem-solving skills, sound judgment, and a responsible driving record are important for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities
Mobile Patrol & Property Monitoring

- Travel between assigned properties and complete scheduled patrol visits.

- Observe buildings and surrounding areas for unauthorized individuals or suspicious activity.

- Check for visible damage, security concerns, and unusual conditions.

- Remain attentive to changes in property conditions during each visit.

- Take appropriate action when an issue is identified and notify the proper contact when necessary.

Incident Response & Communication

- Recognize potential problems and use sound judgment when determining the appropriate response.

- Address routine concerns through established procedures.

- Report suspicious activity, property damage, and other irregularities promptly.

- Maintain clear and accurate records of patrol activity and incidents.

- Communicate relevant updates to the appropriate supervisor.

Driving & Professional Conduct

- Follow assigned patrol routes and complete visits within expected timeframes.

- Operate the company or assigned patrol vehicle responsibly and safely.

- Maintain punctuality and dependable attendance.

- Represent Citadel Security USA professionally while visiting assigned properties.

- Follow all applicable procedures and instructions.

Required Qualifications

- Must be at least 21 years old.

- Valid Driver’s License.

- At least 3 years of licensed driving experience.

- Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR).

- Ability to travel between multiple assigned properties throughout the shift.

- Strong punctuality and dependability.

- Ability to work independently and remain attentive during mobile patrol assignments.
