About this role
• Develop and maintain Business Central AL extensions, tables, pages, codeunits, event subscribers and validation logic.
• Customize Finance processes including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and posting controls.
• Enhance bank reconciliation, financial reporting, approvals and finance-related workflows.
• Develop Procurement processes for requisitions, purchase orders, vendor records and purchase invoices.
• Implement purchasing approval flows, vendor controls and procurement reporting enhancements.
• Support employee master data, HR approvals, leave and attendance processes through relevant extensions or integrations.
• Implement and troubleshoot payroll-related integrations where applicable; recognize limitations of standard BC HR functionality.
• Build and maintain RDLC / Word reports and other operational or financial reports.
• Develop and support Business Central APIs, web services and third-party integrations.
• Integrate Business Central with Dynamics 365 CRM, including field mapping, synchronization, validation and error resolution.
• Test, debug and resolve posting, workflow, performance and integration issues; maintain technical documentation.
• Execute assigned Phase 2 enhancements and report technical progress to the ERP Manager.
### Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related discipline (or equivalent practical experience).
• Approximately 3-6 years of hands-on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central development experience.
• Strong AL programming, extensions, event subscribers, RDLC / Word reporting and debugging skills.
• Mandatory prior hands-on experience integrating Dynamics 365 CRM with Business Central.
• Experience with Dataverse, REST APIs, JSON, OAuth 2.0, BC APIs / web services, data mapping and synchronization.
• Working knowledge of Finance and Procurement; experience with HR extensions or HR / payroll integrations desirable.
• Ability to independently deliver technical changes, testing, documentation and production support.
