Location: Remote from Latin America
Position Type: Full-time
Salary : $2,000 – $2,500 USD/month base salary (commensurate with experience)
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM US Eastern Time / ET, with a 1-hour daily lunch break
Job Overview
Our Client is one of the fastest-growing property technology (proptech) platforms in the United States, revolutionizing the $4 trillion rental industry with a market-leading rent guarantee solution. Backed by top venture capital firms, prominent real estate investors, and seasoned property operators, our client bridges the qualification gap for renters—helping landlords increase occupancy and leasing conversion without taking on credit risk. Built on a culture of unyielding craft standards, high talent density, intellectual curiosity, and extreme attention to detail, our client offers a dynamic remote environment where visual design directly shapes market perception and brand equity.
The Role
Our Client is seeking a craft-focused, detail-obsessed Remote Brand & Visual Designer to serve as the company's first dedicated in-house designer and brand steward. Reporting directly to the Head of Marketing and working closely with executive leadership, this professional will own how the brand looks across all digital, web, sales, social, and physical touchpoints. Moving beyond mere mockups, this role requires hands-on ownership of production-ready Webflow pages, pitch decks, trade show booth graphics, print assets, and locked Figma/Canva design systems, ensuring 100% visual consistency and precision on every deliverable.
Key Responsibilities
Brand System Management & Webflow Web Design
- Owns and evolves the brand system—translating brand books into usable design systems (typography, color palettes, spacing frameworks, component libraries, and illustration styles) and enforcing compliance across all touchpoints.
- Designs, updates, and maintains responsive, production-ready web pages in Webflow (including city-level landing pages) that strictly mirror existing live site patterns and component styles.
- Establishes locked, user-friendly design templates in Figma and Canva, enabling non-design team members to create assets quickly without compromising brand integrity.
- Maintains a centralized, impeccably organized single source of truth for all logos, brand guidelines, and final production files.
###
Sales Enablement, Print Production & Quality Control
- Creates clean, uncluttered sales enablement and partnership collateral—including investor pitch decks, sales one-pagers, co-branded partner assets, and event presentations built around singular core messages.
- Leads print production end-to-end for business cards, event booth graphics, banners, apparel/swag, and event collateral—preparing accurate print specs, bleed settings, color profiles (CMYK/Pantone), and vendor proofs before order placement.
- Rigorously fact-checks and audits every visual asset prior to shipping—verifying that copy, stats, partner logos, metrics, and claims are current and accurate.
- Collaborates with executive leadership during feedback loops, rapidly integrating detailed notes to produce polished, review-ready final designs.
Qualifications, Skills and Key Competencies
Required Qualifications
- In-House Brand & Marketing Design Experience: 2+ years of professional design experience in brand, visual, or marketing design at a high-growth startup, proptech, tech platform, or design agency.
- Live Production Portfolio: A strong portfolio demonstrating shipped, live production work across web pages, sales decks, print materials, and design systems (including process examples showing iteration from initial draft to final output).
- Webflow & Figma Mastery: Advanced proficiency in Webflow (building responsive, production-ready pages) and Figma (building component systems and design libraries).
- End-to-End Print Production Skills: Hands-on experience with technical print preparation, including file specs, crop/bleed, CMYK/Pantone color spaces, paper finishes, stock selection, and vendor proofing.
- Adobe Creative Cloud Proficiency: Advanced capability using Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop.
- Extreme Attention to Detail & Fact-Checking: Uncompromising standards for alignment, spacing, typographic hierarchy, and factual accuracy in numbers, names, and claims.
- Fluent English Communication: C1/C2 advanced written and spoken English proficiency to collaborate directly with US marketing leads and respond to detailed executive feedback.
- Schedule & Time Zone Alignment: Full availability to work standard US business hours (Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM ET).
- Remote Workspace Infrastructure: High-performance design workstation, color-accurate monitor setup, HD webcam, noise-canceling headset, and reliable high-speed internet connection in a quiet workspace.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience building locked Canva templates for non-designer business teams.
- Short-form video editing skills (CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or similar).
- Prior experience working with US/North American B2B SaaS, real estate, or fintech brands.
