Receiving Associate (NetSuite Experience Required)
Location: Richardson, TX
Pay: $21.00 – $23.00/hour (Weekly Pay)

What You’ll Do
ERP Logging: Enter inbound shipments into NetSuite with 100% accuracy, matching items against POs and packing slips.
Serialization: Scan and document serial numbers for sensitive electronics and routing components.
Inspection: Unload freight and check for shipping damage or missing paperwork.
Staging & Put-Away: Move inventory to designated bin locations or stage parts for assembly lines.
Inventory Control: Assist with regular cycle counts and dock maintenance.
What You Need
NetSuite: 1–2 years of direct experience with receiving or inventory transactions (Required).
Physical Ability: Able to lift up to 40 lbs unassisted and stand/walk during shifts.
Attention to Detail: Precision in logging complex alphanumeric part and serial numbers.
Screening: Must pass a 10-panel drug test, education/work verification, and a comprehensive background check (government contract compliant).
Nice to Have
Forklift (sit-down/stand-up) or pallet jack experience (certification is a plus).
Prior background handling electronics, IT hardware, or telecom gear.
