The Team Experience:
Compensation: $80,000 - $150,000 salary
Schedule: Flexible fully remote schedule (work from home)

What Makes a Great Fit:
Experience: 5+ years of commercial lines insurance experience
Commercial Lines Expertise: 5+ years of experience in commercial lines insurance placement or insurance sales experience
License: Active Property & Casualty license
Industry Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of insurance terminology, Commercial Insurance principles, and effective risk management strategies.
How You’ll Contribute:
Policy Placement: Drive end-to-end policy placement by completing comprehensive risk profiles and executing specialized insurance strategies
Quote analysis: Evaluate coverage options, assess gaps in coverage, design tailed insurance programs for clients
Market Access: Leverage your established industry relationships to negotiate and secure the most competitive pricing and terms with specialty carriers
Underwriter Partnerships: Cultivate and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with key insurance carrier underwriters to advocate effectively for your clients
