Mobile Maintenance Technician
Duval Ford is seeking experienced Mobile Maintenance Technicians. This role is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and on-site maintenance and at times may be roadside when performing their job duties.

Requirements
- Previous experience inspecting and repairing vehicles
- ASE (Automotive Service Excellence) certification or equivalent is a plus.
- Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and repair equipment.
- Knowledgeable and stays abreast of federal, state and local regulations
- Works in a safe manner
- Able to lift and/or move up to 100 pounds
- Must be available nights and weekends for on call rotation.
- Provide after-hours/on-call service to customers that may include fleet service.
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance and light repairs at customer locations
- Complete oil changes, tire rotations, batteries, filters, and other maintenance services
- Perform recalls and approved Ford Mobile Service repairs
- Conduct thorough vehicle inspections
- Road tests vehicles when required
- Maintain a clean, safe, and professional Mobile Service vehicle.
- Travel to various locations to assist customers and diagnose issues.
